Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia & New Zealand. Please see out shipping information page for more information of time frames and costs.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, a link will be sent to you via email or SMS if you have provided a mobile number with a link to track your order via our delivery partners.

What if I accidentally entered incorrect shipping details?

If you have made an error whilst placing your order, please contact us immediately via cs@thenoircollective.com.au and we will endeavour to correct this before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped we will do our best to contact our delivery partner with a redirection request. If this is not successful and the parcel is returned to us we will be in contact to arrange a re-delivery.

How do I get free shipping?

All orders over $100 to a location within Australia will receive free shipping, Unfortunately we are unable to offer free delivery on orders outside Australia.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of the order being placed on our website.


Orders

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once your order has been place online via our website you will received an order confirmation email to the nominated email address entered at the time of purchase. Once the order has been dispatched, you will received a tracking umber via a second email to enable you to track the order through or delivery partner.

Can I cancel my order?

We endeavour to pack and dispatch orders as soon as possible so there is no guarantee we will be able to cancel any order once the transaction via our website has been completed.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect/faulty item?

Should you receive an incorrect or faulty item please contact our customer service team at cs@thenoircollective.com.au and include your order number, full name and address along with photos of the incorrect/faulty item and we will provide further instructions on how to return the item to us and make immediate arrangements to have the correct item shipped to you at no further cost.

Can I return a product?

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, Apple Pay, Zip Pay, Klarna and for all Australian Customers AfterPay is accepted.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have an eligible discount code you can enter the code in the discount code box at the checkout page and the discount will be automatically applied. Please note only one discount code can be utilised per transaction.
