Refunds & Returns

Acceptable reasons for returns

- Items may only be returned if they are in their original condition with tags still attached to the item

- The items must be free of any dirt, stains, hair and any signs of wear and tear. Returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt at our HQ and returns are not able to be processed for any items not meeting the above criteria

Returns timeline

- We will endeavour to process your return within 30 days of receipt at our HQ however delays may occur during peak times such as major sales and immediately following a launch.

- Once we have received and inspected eligible returns items we will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of the return being successfully processed.

Eligible timeframe for returns

All eligible return requests must be lodged by email to cs@thenoircollective.com.au within 30 days of your order being received.  Unfortunately any returned lodged after this time period cannot be processed.

Faulty Returns

- In the rare instance you receive a product that is faulty, please contact us directly at cs@thenoircollective.com.au with your full name, order number and photos of the faulty item. 

- For items that are legitimately faulty, customers will have a choice of a full refund (which will be processed via the same payment method as selected at the time of purchase) or to have the product replaced with no additional fee’s paid for postage. A reimbursement for the cost of return postage for the faulty item will also be provided to customers.

- Refunds/returns for faulty items can only be processed if we are notified at cs@thenoircollective.com.au within 7 days of delivery of the faulty item. Refunds/returns will not be processed for any items damaged due to general wear and tear or misuse of the product.

Form of Returns/Refunds

- Refunds will be processed via the same payment method selected at the time of the purchase for faulty items.

- A store credit will be applied for returns other than non-faulty items.

- Store credits do not expire and can be used at any time by customers.
